Ca launcher isnt downloading mods

Mods I download from the Workshop are no longer appearing in the Launcher. What do I do? Is this a known issue? EDIT: Fixed it. Even after the mods download (which happens when I close the launcher after running it on Steam app) and they appear on mod list, even if I turn them on, after I launch the game it ignores the mods and runs in vanilla mode. For some reason the technic launcher is not allowing me to download any modpacks. I have tried all modpacks and all that appears is a 0% in the loading bar which quickly disappears. I have tried restarting the launcher, resetting the modpacks, restarting my computer and nothing seems to work.
